1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Eco Pest Control provides pest control, pest inspection, pre-construction treatment, weed control, and related services across Gauteng, South Africa. All services are subject to availability and site assessment. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes provided -- whether online, by phone, or in person -- are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary following a site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust pricing where site conditions differ materially from those described during quoting.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or online form. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee. Emergency bookings are subject to availability and may attract a surcharge.

5. Client Preparation

Clients are required to follow all preparation instructions provided before treatment. Failure to prepare adequately may reduce treatment effectiveness. Eco Pest Control accepts no liability for reduced results where preparation instructions were not followed.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

Treatment warranties vary by pest type and are specified in your treatment report. Warranties are subject to: (a) the client following all aftercare instructions; (b) no new pest entry points being introduced; (c) re-inspection being granted if requested. Warranties do not cover re-infestation from external sources or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Liability

Eco Pest Control carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We accept no liability for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed pest activity, or failure to follow our advice. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.

8. Access to Property

You grant our technicians permission to access all relevant areas of the property for inspection and treatment purposes. Any areas that cannot be accessed may not be treated, and we accept no liability for untreated areas due to access restrictions.

9. Chemicals & Products

All products used are registered with the South African Department of Agriculture and applied in accordance with label instructions and SANS standards. We accept no liability for reactions to products where clients have not disclosed relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

10. Website Use

The content on our website is for general information only. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content -- including text, images, logos, and design -- is the intellectual property of Eco Pest Control and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
