Why Pest Birds Are a Serious Issue
Pigeons, Indian mynas, sparrows, and starlings roosting on and around buildings create a range of serious problems that go far beyond the obvious mess. Bird droppings are highly acidic -- corroding metal, concrete, and stone surfaces -- and harbour over 60 transmissible diseases including Salmonella, Histoplasmosis, and Psittacosis (parrot fever).
Nesting material blocks gutters and drainage systems, causing water damage. Bird droppings on walkways and entrances create serious slip hazards and project a very poor image for commercial properties. Solar panels covered in droppings lose significant efficiency.

Bird Netting
Heavy-duty UV-stabilised netting used to exclude birds from large open areas -- courtyards, loading bays, warehouses, and large roof spaces. Long-lasting and highly effective.
Electric Track System
Low-voltage electric deterrent track mounted on ledges -- delivers a mild shock that conditions birds to avoid the area without causing injury. Very effective for persistent problems.
Acoustic Deterrents
Ultrasonic and recorded distress call devices for large open areas -- car parks, warehouses, and agricultural sites. Covers large areas where physical deterrents are impractical.
Bird Wire Systems
Tensioned stainless steel wire systems on ledges -- a discreet, architect-approved solution for heritage buildings and premium commercial properties.
Guano Cleaning & Sanitising
